A brilliantly worked vintage tapestry reproduction of Thomas Gainsborough's ''Landscape River'' painted in 1768-1770. The section shows the man crossing the bridge from the right hand corner of the painting, the tapestry was made in the 1980's.

Tapestry work is a much undervalued craft. Using the best quality products and lots of time and skill, crafters often turn out very high quality products. It remains a mystery as to why this craft has been overlooked for so long.
