Make a shoulder bag and other leather items - you choose
Students explore this dedicated leather studio, use specialist tools; meet the makers and make their own unique accessories.
This is a unique opportunity to learn about what goes on behind the scenes in the leather accessories and fashion industry. Meet the people who make London Fashion Week samples that get walked down catwalks; manufacture for well known brands, and also begin to understand the processes that take place to make the leather bags and accessories that we buy from the shops.
Students will:
1) Choose colours.
2) Learn to Emboss and Hot Foil.
3) Choose hardware.
4) Use cutting press.
2) Learn to hand sew.
This workshop takes place in Leyton, London.
